You don’t really know me, but I’m talking to you.

Would you find it crazy to say that I miss you?

We haven’t ever met, but my future is clear

I can honestly say I’ve loved you for years.

I know every tear and thought that you’ve had

I know every smile and every bad sounding laugh.

I was born to show you the greatest of all loves,

but somehow you keep missing me like I’m nothing at all.

I just hope that you know I was born just for you.

To free you from sin and those chains holding you.

Unlike many things of this world, my love never fails.

even when my body was peirced with nails.

Its the “safe sex (with condoms)” versus the “no sex is safe sex” argument. As studies have shown one in four teens will have an STD. It should no longer be a “religious” choice, but a healthy choice to wait until marriage to have sex. Condoms protect the human body from many STD’s, but not all, and sometimes not well. So how is it, that we as a society loose all common sense to indulge in a sensation with so many repercussions? Have we become so numb to potential dangers that we are forced to live in a world of permanent regrets? When has that become the standard in which we live by? Is this generation destined to be defined by the burn marks we suffer by playing with fire and thinking we will never get hurt?

Yes, I do believe we can have the full experience. Love shouldn’t be based on the amount of touchyness there is in a relationship. It should be based on the love and care and trust of one another. You can experience an amazing love without the sex.
